Mark has dedicated his life to fitness education. He has completed many formal courses but the real education was with his Mentor, Dr Fred Hatfield PHD (aka Dr Squat), who has broken over 30 world records in powerlifting using science. Dr Squat inspired Mark to go to the highest level of how the body works through ‘in the trenches’ exercise. Quote: “I have to try out the science and what better way than in a professional sport environment”. Mark has been a Fitness Workplace Assessor for over 20 years and continually adds to his knowledge base. He is passionate about passing on his knowledge and fitness philosophy to his students and clients.
